Danish Teak Wall Unit — Modular Bookcase with Storage

A striking piece of Danish design, sourced in Denmark on one of our recent sourcing trips. This teak wall unit combines open shelving with concealed storage, making it as functional as it is beautiful — use it as a bookcase, display case, bar, or media console, depending on your space.

The upper section features two open shelves, ideal for books, plants, or styling with art and objects. Below, a sliding-door cabinet with a central bank of three drawers offers hidden storage for linens, media, or everyday clutter, while a second lower cabinet with sliding doors adds even more room to tuck things away. Warm teak grain runs throughout, with the honest patina and clean lines that define authentic Danish mid-century design.

This piece has been refinished by us, with careful attention paid to preserving its original character while making it ready for everyday use in your home.
