At Vintage MC, we want to make it as easy as possible to bring our curated finds into your home. Because we handle everything from contemporary clocks to massive Danish teak credenzas, we offer a few different ways to get your items safely to your door.
Please review our delivery and shipping options below before finalizing your purchase.
Free In-Store Pickup (Local Customers)
- Cost: Always Free
- Where: 24 E. Patrick Street, Frederick, MD 21701
- How it Works: Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your items are ready to be collected.
- Furniture Pickup Note: If you are picking up a large furniture item, please ensure you bring a secure vehicle, moving blankets, and tie-down straps. Our team is happy to help you lift the item to your vehicle, but securing the load is the buyer's responsibility.
Local & Regional Furniture Delivery (DMV & NYC)
We don't want a lack of a truck to stand between you and your dream furniture. We offer reliable, professional delivery for large furniture items.
- DMV Radius (Within 50 Miles of Frederick): Our primary furniture delivery zone covers a 50-mile radius around Frederick, MD (including the greater DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore metro areas). Delivery fees start at $225. Extra fees may apply for multiple items or additional delivery services.
- NYC Deliveries: We regularly coordinate trusted courier trips to New York City and the surrounding boroughs. If you are a New York buyer, please contact us before purchasing to receive a delivery quote and estimated timeline.
- The Details: All local and regional deliveries are scheduled in advance and include white-glove service. Our trained crew will bring your items into your home. One flight of stairs is included. Additional fees apply for multiple flights without elevator service.
- Nationwide Delivery: We will work with you to find safe and affordable delivery options anywhere in the United States. Email us for a delivery quote.
Nationwide Furniture Shipping
- Custom Quotes Required: Large furniture items cannot be shipped via standard USPS or UPS services. Because freight and private blanket-wrap courier rates fluctuate significantly, shipping costs for furniture outside our local delivery zone will be calculated and adjusted after checkout.
- How to Purchase: Please contact us at support@vintage-mc.com or call 240-514-8633 prior to purchasing to receive a custom freight quote. If you purchase a furniture piece online without a quote, we will contact you within 48 hours with the final shipping invoice.
- Timeline: Nationwide third-party freight carriers and independent vintage couriers can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to coordinate and complete delivery, depending on their routes. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your vintage piece is handled safely.
Domestic Shipping (Smaller Gifts & Home Decor)
- Coverage: Continental United States
- Processing Time: Orders for shippable gifts, jewelry, and small home accessories are typically processed and handed off to USPS or UPS within 2–4 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Standard shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Freight
- Inspection: Vintage furniture is inherently unique, and we take extreme care when wrapping and protecting it for transit. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
- In-Transit Damage: If a third-party courier or shipping carrier damages an item, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@vintage-mc.com.
- Address Accuracy: Vintage MC is not responsible for shipments that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
